ABA MedBill does not guarantee any specific financial, reimbursement, collection, approval, claim-processing, credentialing, or revenue outcome.

Clients remain responsible for:
- The accuracy of patient and provider information supplied to ABA MedBill
- Providing complete and accurate medical documentation when required
- Maintaining appropriate licenses, certifications, and provider credentials
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Reviewing information, claims, reports, and other materials provided for their approval
- Making appropriate clinical and business decisions
ABA MedBill is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or late information provided by a client or third party.
5. HIPAA and protected health information
When ABA MedBill performs services involving Protected Health Information (“PHI”) on behalf of a covered entity or another applicable organization, the parties may enter into a Business Associate Agreement where required by law.
The handling of PHI will be governed by applicable HIPAA requirements, the Business Associate Agreement, and other applicable laws and agreements.
Users should not submit unnecessary PHI through general website forms.
6. Fees and payment
Fees for ABA MedBill services are determined by the applicable service agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written agreement.
Clients are responsible for paying invoices according to the payment terms applicable to their services.
If a payment is overdue, ABA MedBill may suspend or limit services after providing any notice required under the applicable agreement or law.
